We have the appropriate hardware in our broad portfolio to match the Control plus software – from different controllers, including spare parts and licenses, up to display devices and various accessories. Of course, you can also get control units from us, first and foremost the mPad developed by Bosch in various versions. You can put together your solution in different ways and customize it. In order to meet your requirements, hardware components are available in different scaling.

From the various technology modules, you can choose precisely those that suit your requirements. This will save you a great deal of time during start-up. Hardware overview

Bosch mPAD

Whether active or passive, with or without a camera – we have the right solution. With our mobile, wired mPad, the machine can be operated and monitored in a process-oriented manner. This makes implementation and troubleshooting easy. The integrated confirmation button allows machine functions to be carried out with bypassed safety devices. In its active version, the mPad has an integrated Intel® Atom™ processor and is linked to the control unit via Ethernet. An active version with a 5.04 megapixel CMOS color camera on the back is also available.

Bosch motionPanel

The hand-held device motionPanel makes machine operation easier and safer for users. Bosch designed this unit with ergonomics in mind so that it can be used comfortably in your hand. It can be connected directly via I/O terminals.

Bosch easyPanel

Bosch has developed the easyPanel built-in device to make it even easier and safer for users to operate the basic functions on the machine (control, on/off, error reset, changing the operating mode, Emergency Stop). It can be installed vertically as well as horizontally. In the figure, the easyPanel is used upright.
